Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy Processing & Turnaround Time All items are made to order unless otherwise stated. Custom orders are completed within an estimated 3-week turnaround. This timeframe may vary based on order volume, complexity, or material availability. Please allow additional time for shipping, especially during holidays, as carrier delays are outside of my control. Shipping Methods Shipping methods are selected based on order size and order type. • Small orders (typically 1–2 patches) may be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail using stamps. This method does not include tracking. • Larger orders are shipped via USPS using Pirate Ship, with tracking provided when available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included where stated. Delivery Timeframes Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of my control. Delays due to weather, holidays, or USPS service disruptions are not considered shipping errors. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments Orders shipped without tracking cannot be guaranteed once mailed and are not eligible for replacement or refund if lost or delayed in transit. For tracked shipments, please contact me if your order shows delivered but was not received. Issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the item. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping Please expect extended shipping times during holidays and peak riding seasons. Carrier delays during these periods are common and outside of my control. Return Policy

Return & Refund Policy Turnaround Time for Custom Orders All custom orders are completed within an estimated 3-week turnaround. This timeframe may vary based on order volume, complexity, or material availability. Please allow additional time for shipping, especially during holidays, as carrier delays are outside of our control. Terms of Return Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Custom or personalized items may be eligible for return only in cases of workmanship errors or defects. Items must meet all “State of Return” requirements (listed below). State of Return To qualify for a return: The item must be in original condition, unused, and unaltered. All original packaging, accessories, and components must be included. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or modification not caused by the seller may not be eligible. Reason for Return Returns may be requested for the following reasons: Incorrect item received Manufacturing or workmanship defect Damage during shipping Other issues evaluated on a case-by-case basis If the error is on my side, I will always make it right. Process for Return Contact me within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable). Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to my error. Process for Refund Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on my part. For custom items, refunds may be partial or replaced with store credit depending on the situation and condition of the return.
